We empower underserved communities by creating clear and supported pathways for students pursuing healthcare careers — removing the obstacles that end promising careers before they begin: financial strain, limited guidance, and no exposure to what the work actually looks like.

Our visionThe problem
Three gaps close the door
Healthcare has a workforce shortage and a pipeline problem at the same time. The students who would fill those roles are already here.
Money
Financial strain removes students from programs they had already earned a place in. Scholarship money exists — finding it, and writing a competitive application for it, is unpaid expert work most families cannot access.
Guidance
A first-generation student navigating prerequisites, licensure and applications alone is making high-stakes decisions with no map. One informed adult changes the outcome.
Exposure
You cannot choose a career you have never seen. Shadowing and clinical exposure are distributed by who your family already knows.
Leadership
The people behind the pathway
A named, credentialed board and a team of more than seventy — many of them volunteers — across mentorship, clinical partnerships, veteran services, grants and outreach.

Where we operate
The Foundation operates digitally so that students from any community can reach support, with a head office in Fort Lauderdale. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
